How Coaching Works
Coaching sessions are conversational, reflective, and practical. We explore your thinking, your patterns, and what’s influencing the choices you’re making — often without realising it.
Sessions can include:

There’s no script and no pressure to perform. Each session is shaped around you and what feels most relevant at the time.
Ways to Work Together
Single Coaching Session — £85
A single session is useful if you want focused support around a specific issue, decision, or situation. Many people use this option to think something through clearly, gain perspective, or test whether coaching feels right for them.
There’s no obligation to continue beyond the session.
12 session Coaching Package — £995
This option suits people who want time and space to work through patterns, build clarity, and create momentum. Over 12 sessions we can explore what’s been keeping you stuck and begin to shift how you approach your life, work, or relationships.
This package allows for reflection, action, and adjustment as things begin to change.
24 session Coaching Package — £1,950
The 24 session package offers deeper, longer-term support for those moving through more established patterns or significant life transitions. It provides consistency and accountability while allowing change to unfold at a steady, sustainable pace.
This option suits people who value continuity and want support over a longer period without rushing the process.

In-person sessions are also available for local clients.
Choosing the Right Option
There’s no expectation to choose the longest or most expensive option. Some people start with a single session and decide later whether ongoing coaching feels helpful. Others know they want longer-term support from the outset.
